cs4500 Weekly Management Report
week two: January 21, 2008
Accomplishments:
- This week we had a formal meeting with DAZ: Brandon, Travis, Tony
- We fine-tuned what the project will be and how it will be carried out.
- We created a second revision of our bid to fit the modification that came about during our meeting.
Priorities:
- Meet with DAZ to finalize project plans: Entire Team
- Get our development environments set up: Entire Team
- Begin development: Entire Team
- Begin writing Project Plan: Entire Team
Needs:
Tom: Any remaining details about making our sponsor official.
