week eight: March 3, 2008
Accomplishments:

- Install / Configure Scrum Project Management Tool
- Adde Tasks to Tool
- Update Loc / WMR
- Brainstorming, and additions to ehancement list
- Begin Work on new Enhancements
- Get VPN environment on remote computer setup
- Brandon
- Create tool to track coding bugs and current task items.
- Brainstorming, and additions to ehancement list
- Begin default loading viewport aspect ratio issue
- Update log / WMR
- Get environment on new computer setup
- Travis
- Create Tool to track completed Enhancements.
- Update enhancements list (this is used to keep track of the enhancements we have completed and will be delivered to the sponsor.
- Create List of desired enhancements to the application.
- Begin removing the TimeLine tool from the application. (It is too complicated for a beginner tool and is not needed)
- Update Log / WMR
Priorities:

- Add Additional items to Enchancement Backlog
- Organize Backlog into seperate 2 week Sprints
- Continue Work on Enhancements

- Complete work on aspect ratio issue
- Decide next task and make progress on it
- Keep thinking of enhancment items

- Complete the removal of the TimeLine tool.
- Begin reorganizing the Main Menu (File, Edit, etc)
- Keep Website up to date

- We are still waiting for Daz to provide us with suggested enhancements. We are working of the enhancements that we would like to see in the application so this is not holding us up. It will be nice to see what they envision though.
